We are no refund & no exchange
Please contact us if you have any size problem or check out size chart below the photos.but if there are quality issues, we're sorry to hear that, contact us with the clear unboxing video and simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 2 days of receipt, Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. *Please record the unboxing process in case of any damage products is received.
Shoes , accessories and SALE items should have no refund policy and not included shipping fee :)
If there are washable chalk mark on garment directly output from Korean Factory ,Please wash it with water and the mark will be disappeared.
Once the product is washed / worn, cant claim as defective product.
Ordering/conclusion of contract
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your purchase request. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your request/order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. Although we aim to keep our site up to date and free from errors, we may from time to time have technical issues with the site resulting in the display of incorrect information (such as availability and price). Due to this we reserve the right to cancel your order, or part of your order, from the time you have received your order confirmation email until the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse and you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
NO cancellation / changing after the order is confirmed, as everything is processed internationally.
Time
Please notes that some items take 7-20 working days ship from oversea, once it shipping the status and notification will automatically sent by email. Customers are welcome to seek for our help in case of any urgent issue.
Delivery
For HK / Taiwan /Macau
As our platform request using SF express for automatic delivery system, its the fast and preferable options for HK local users (2-3days after dispatched)
but we still have Alfred locker for another option which may take longer time (4-7 days after dispatched)
For International
HK post airmail / EC ship with tracking no. is the option, we will confirm the weight postage after u placed the order.

If the order only takes 2 items but 1 item is out of stock.The price will remain as normal but customers would enjoy free shipping services to enjoy the products.
